What happens if any damage was done to the car?
In case of damage, the rental amount is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted for another car booking. If the damage is up to 2 lakhs, no insurance will be applied, and the customer must pay 2 lakh rupees. For damage exceeding 2 lakhs, the customer still has to pay 2 lakh rupees. If basic protection is chosen, the customer has to pay 20,000 rupees. If premium protection is chosen, the customer has to pay 10,000 rupees. The customer must bring a copy of the FIR from the police station and keep their driving license for insurance application. Additionally, the customer will need to visit the police station and the insurance company multiple times until the insurance process is completed.

What is the cancellation policy?
50% refund if canceled at least 12 hours before pickup.
25% refund if canceled at least 6 hours before pickup.
10% refund if canceled at least 2 hours before pickup.
No refund for cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup.
